JODI M. KURTZE, originally from Elkhart, IN, came to Chicago via Hope College where she earned her B.A. in Dance Performance, Choreography and Communications.
Since joining JRJP in 2002, Jodi has had the honor to perform and teach Jump Rhythm Technique across the Unites States and Canada. Jodi has previously performed, choreographed and toured nationally and internationally with Aerial Dance Theater, studied on scholarship at the Giordano Dance Center and worked with the Chicago Human Rhythm Project. Outside of dance, Jodi volunteers as the Executive Director for the Miss Chicago Scholarship Program, is President of the Urban Gateways Jr. Board and works as the Associate Director of Special Gifts for the American Diabetes Association. Being a part of JRJP is a dream fulfilled since first encountering JRJP during the summer of 1998. Many thanks to those who have been a part of making the dream a reality.
