Jump Rhythm Jazz Project

JRJP is excited to offer our fall workshop, to all people ages 13 & up.

Led by founder and Artistic Director Billy Siegenfeld, these workshops will be geared to any and all members of the community interested in an introduction to Jump Rhythm Technique^tm. Whether you're familiar with Jump Rhythm Technique^tm or new to Jump Rhythm Technique^tm, this three-hour workshop will be a full Jump Rhythm experince.

Each workshop will consist of:

• Jump Rhythm Technique^tm
• Jump Rhythm Repertory
• Screening and discussion of film excerpts from the course "American Rhythm Dancing and the African American Performance Aesthetic"
• Rhythmic partner dancing

The cost for this workshop is only $30, but is included at no extra cost when dancers register for our full 10-week session of open commmunity classes.
